2015 Bogans Bridge Crossing Homeowners Pool Access and Rules
No Lifeguards on duty! Swim at your own risk!
Resident and guest Access:
- The pool area is for residents only
- Access to the pool area is a privilege, not a right.
- Residents must be in good standing to use the recreation facilities (dues paid in full)
- Never prop open the gate. Make sure the gate fully latches closed when you enter or leave the pool area.
- Groups or parties of 8 or more people will REQUIRE PRIOR APPROVAL from the board of directors, especially
on peak holiday weekends. This is designed to prevent households from monopolizing the pool area or making
other residents uncomfortable. The pool area should be enjoyed by all residents in good standing. Approval can be
requested by calling Association Management Group ~ 678-682-8264 at least 3 business days in advance.
Access Cards:
- Only residents with active access cards may use the pool.
- Do not give your access card to anyone. Do not open the gate for anyone else including other residents as you will
be liable for their actions. Other residents are required to use their own card to open the gate, even if you know who
they are.
- If you have been found on the property while your privileges have been revoked, you are trespassing.
- No access to the pool area will be permitted when the card reader has been broken or vandalized.
Pool Usage:
- No Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied at all times by an adult 18 years or older. Parents are ultimately
responsible for the safety and actions of their children of all ages.
- ALL swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire.
- Children that are not toilet trained must wear special commercially available swim diapers.
- No one is permitted in the pool area with open sores or rashes.
- Do not litter. Eating and drinking is allowed provided the area is left clean. No glass allowed in the pool area.
- No smoking, drugs, alcohol allowed anywhere in or around the pool area.
- No diving, profanity, running, rough play, dunking, nor excessive splashing is allowed.
- No bicycle, scooters, roller blades, skateboards, etc allowed around the pool area.
- No pets allowed in the pool area at any time.
- Every home owner has the obligation to enforce these rules. Please report all violations.
Pool Hours: 7AM – 10PM daily
Violating these rules can result in pool access being suspended for one week or up to the remainder of the season.
This will be based on the severity of the infraction. Vandalism in any way will result in an automatic suspension
of pool access for the entire season. Vandalism includes abusing the chairs or throwing them into the pool,
abusing the hose, climbing the gate or fence, and propping the gate open. Suspended access cards will impact the
entire household. Unauthorized access to the pool area is a violation and could result in possible fines.
Unauthorized access includes residents that are not in good standing.
NO TRESPASSING – TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED
Lost cards will be deactivated and replacement card issued for a fee of $50.00.
